As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners. Providing direct support and intervention to children and their families. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining accurate case records. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working in children’s social work, particularly within a youth justice context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
