As the Children's Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in youth justice or related fields, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation. Proven leadership and management abilities, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
