The London Borough of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Assessment and Intervention Team (TM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing intervention plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker status (Social Work England registration). A relevant degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to partnership working.
