Join our dedicated Children's TM - Assessment Team in Oxfordshire, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. We are seeking a qualified and passionate social worker who is committed to delivering high-quality assessments and interventions. In this role, you will assess the needs of children and their families, develop tailored support plans, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in accordance with statutory guidance. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans that address identified needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection plans. Providing support and guidance to families to promote healthy relationships and positive parenting.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessments and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with families and colleagues.
