Join our Children's TM - C&F Team in Devon, where you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families. We are seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker who is passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in our community.
As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and relevant agencies. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their needs are met. Working closely with schools, health services, and other stakeholders to promote a holistic approach to child welfare. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker status with a valid Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection and family support services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and families effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
