Join our dedicated Children's Team at Rotherham as a Qualified Social Worker (CIC Team). In this crucial role, you will work collaboratively to ensure the safety, welfare, and development of children in care, providing support and guidance to both children and their families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children. Providing support and supervision to foster carers and adoptive families.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a children's social care environment, particularly with children in care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
