Are you a dedicated social worker with a passion for improving the lives of children and families? Join our Children's TM - CIN Team in Leicester, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children. We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to making a difference in the community through effective intervention and support strategies.
As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of children. Providing guidance and support to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive services.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
