Join our dedicated Children's Team within the CIN/CP/Early Help framework in the East Riding of Yorkshire! We are seeking a qualified and passionate social worker to contribute to the well-being and development of children and families in our community. As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual family situations. Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support and safeguarding measures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share knowledge.The ideal candidate will possess:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in child protection and early help services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with families and professionals.
