Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? The Children's TM - CSW Team in Redbridge is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, ensuring they are supported and protected in their home environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide support and intervention. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to children’s needs. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, including knowledge of child protection legislation. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
