Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Children's Team - D&A Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Bury. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to children in need, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting positive outcomes for families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for children and families. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective support. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
