We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - D&A Team in Leeds. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children in need. Your expertise will be vital in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering interventions that support children and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker status with a valid Social Work England registration. A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
