Join our dedicated Children's TM - Early Help Team in Nottinghamshire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in supporting families and children in need. In this position, you will work collaboratively with various agencies to deliver early intervention services that empower families, ensuring that children can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Providing advice, guidance, and support to families to enhance their wellbeing and resilience. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and progress. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in early help or preventative services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
