Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? The Children's TM - Family Help Team in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with families to provide support, guidance, and intervention to promote the well-being of children in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support, advice, and advocacy for families facing challenges. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
