Join our dynamic Children's TM - Family Help Team in Gloucestershire as a Qualified Social Worker, where your expertise will help shape the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to assess needs, develop tailored support plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing intervention strategies for children and families. Working closely with families to provide support and guidance, ensuring their voices are heard. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services and resources. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with safeguarding protocols. Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to enhance service delivery.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA, MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children and family social work. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
