The Children's TM - Family Help Team in Leeds is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with families, providing essential support and guidance to promote the well-being and safety of children in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and family situations. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding protocols. Maintaining accurate and timely case records and documentation. Providing support and advice to families to empower them in overcoming challenges.
