Join our dedicated Children's TM - Family Help Team in Luton, where you will play a vital role in supporting families and improving the lives of children in our community. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and working collaboratively with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Your expertise will help guide families through challenges and empower them to access necessary resources.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and family dynamics. Developing, implementing, and reviewing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing advice and support to families, ensuring they understand their rights and options.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
