As a member of our Family Help Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for children and their families. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to promote the welfare of children. Delivering targeted interventions and support services to enhance family functioning. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with local and national policies. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. Experience in working with children and families, particularly in a social work capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
