Join our Children's TM - Front Door Team in North Somerset, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children within our community. We are seeking qualified social workers who are committed to providing high-quality support and interventions to families in need.

As a member of our Front Door Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial assessments and screenings to determine the needs of children and families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for children at risk. Providing timely and effective interventions to safeguard children and promote their well-being. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous development of best practices.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work and knowledge of child protection legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex caseloads.
