As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored support and guidance to young people, helping them develop life skills necessary for independent living. Conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each individual. A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of legislation and policies related to leaving care and safeguarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people.
