We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's TM - Locality Team Social Worker to join our team in Gloucestershire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families within the locality team.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments of children and families in need Developing and implementing care plans Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Participating in case conferences and reviews Providing support and guidance to children and families

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
