Join our dedicated Children's TM - MASH Team in Cambridgeshire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing the lives of vulnerable children and their families. In this dynamic position, you will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to assess needs, manage risk, and provide support to ensure the well-being of children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances. Collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning for service delivery improvements.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in a MASH or similar environment. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
