As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes and stability for children in care. Your expertise will help us create and maintain a nurturing environment that supports the needs of vulnerable children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize the best interests of the child. Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and relevant stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
