As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective safeguarding plans tailored to individual cases. Providing guidance and support to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective interventions and support services. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your professional skills.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Proven experience in child safeguarding and welfare assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
