As a Children’s Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective practice. Overseeing assessments and interventions to safeguard children and promote their well-being. Collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders to deliver integrated services. Managing caseloads and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. Contributing to the development and implementation of service improvements and initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
