As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and families.
