We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CIC - Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Coventry. This pivotal role within the Qualified Social Work field will involve providing high-quality support and guidance to social workers while ensuring that the needs of children and families are met effectively. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess and address complex cases, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring social work staff to enhance their professional development and practice. Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for children and families. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards in social work. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to promote the welfare of children and families. Participating in case reviews and contributing to strategic planning within the organization.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in social work, with a focus on children and families. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
