Join our dedicated Family Assessment Team in Croydon as a Qualified Social Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and children. We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals who are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, providing support and intervention, and collaborating with various agencies to ensure the best outcomes for families in need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive family assessments to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in children and family social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and stakeholders.
