As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of social workers, providing supervision and support to ensure effective case management. Overseeing the assessment and intervention processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. Developing and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to children and families. Building strong relationships with partner agencies, stakeholders, and families to promote integrated service delivery. Monitoring and evaluating team performance, ensuring all standards and targets are met.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
