Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse. Developing and implementing tailored support plans that address the unique needs of clients. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support and interventions. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Providing advocacy and support to clients throughout the legal process and accessing necessary resources.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in working with domestic abuse cases and knowledge of safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
