Join the Redbridge Domestic Abuse Team on a temporary assignment, offering a competitive rate of £45.20 per hour as an Umbrella employee. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide support, assess needs, and implement effective interventions for those experiencing domestic violence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and risks related to domestic abuse. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with clients and partner agencies. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national guidelines. Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to enhance service delivery and professional development.To be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work, particularly in domestic abuse or related fields. Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
