Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of families to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support families in crisis. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families to enhance their resilience and coping strategies. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to family support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and family support work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
