Join our dedicated MAST Team in Southall as a Senior Social Worker, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting families and individuals in need. As part of the Ealing Council, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and families within the community. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality social work services that promote positive outcomes and empower those we serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances. Leading case discussions and providing supervision to junior staff and students. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements. Collaborating with external agencies and community resources to facilitate support services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
