We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Officer to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting children and families facing challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and interventions to thrive. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of tailored support plans, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote positive outcomes for children and families.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing early intervention strategies and support plans. Collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Providing guidance and support to families, fostering positive relationships. Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate documentation and case records in compliance with regulations.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field. Valid social work license in the state of practice. Strong understanding of child development and family dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in case management and documentation practices.
