In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and intervention for children and families in need. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and family situations to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing counseling and support to children and families to promote healthy relationships and emotional well-being. Facilitating access to resources and services, including healthcare, education, and mental health support. Maintaining accurate documentation and case records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress and strategies.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in child welfare or related fields. Strong knowledge of child development, family dynamics, and community resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
