We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) team in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families. In this role, you will work closely with children with disabilities, their families, and other stakeholders to provide tailored support and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans to support children with disabilities. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them navigate available resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.
