Join our dedicated team as a FAST Social Worker in Lincolnshire, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting families and individuals in need. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, conducting assessments, and developing tailored intervention plans to ensure the best outcomes for your clients. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including families, schools, and community organizations, to create a supportive network that fosters resilience and empowerment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in crisis situations. Developing and implementing intervention plans that address the unique needs of each client. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
