We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate FAST Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Richmond & Scarborough, North Yorkshire. This role is pivotal in supporting vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions and services to enhance their well-being. As a FAST Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver timely and effective support, focusing on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults in need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs. Providing direct support and guidance to families and individuals facing challenges. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health services, schools, and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in a social work setting, particularly with children and families. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
