Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for service users Providing direct support and guidance to individuals and families Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic care Advocating for the rights and well-being of those in need Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and progress

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized degree in Social Work Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in fieldwork and working with diverse communities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations
