We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fostering Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. Conducting regular home visits to monitor the welfare of children in foster care. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, foster families, and other professionals. A relevant social work qualification (degree in social work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in fostering or child protection settings.
