We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our Assessment and Intervention Team in Gateshead. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans that promote positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in social work, particularly within assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
