In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with families and children to provide support, guidance, and resources aimed at enhancing their well-being and promoting positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans for children and families. Providing direct support to families in crisis, ensuring their immediate needs are met. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and interventions. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of families, making necessary adjustments to care plans. Engaging in community outreach to promote awareness of available resources and services.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current registration with a professional regulatory body. Proven experience in child welfare, family support, or social services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
