We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Locality Team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need within the local community.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Assessing the needs and risks of children and families to develop and implement effective care plans Conducting home visits, interviews, and assessments to gather relevant information Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the well-being and safety of children Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews as required Providing support and guidance to children and families to promote positive outcomesEssential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England Previous experience working within a children's social care setting Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical practicesAdditional requirements and benefits:
