Join our dedicated First Response Team in Harrow as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding and supporting those in need, providing immediate assistance and intervention in crisis situations. Your expertise will help ensure that children and families receive the appropriate support and resources to thrive.
As a member of our First Response Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and evaluations of children and families in crisis. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals and law enforcement. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to promote safety and well-being. Documenting case details and maintaining accurate records in compliance with local policies.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and crisis intervention. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
