As a member of the QSW - CP Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for children and families. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Documenting and maintaining accurate records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
