We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Looked After Children Team in Islington. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children and young people who are in the care of the local authority.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments of children and young people in care Developing and implementing care plans to meet their individual needs Participating in multi-agency meetings and reviews Providing direct support and guidance to children, young people, and their families Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children

The ideal candidate will possess:

A recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working within a Looked After Children Team Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload
