Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Children’s Social Worker for our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Barnet. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children with disabilities, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive in their communities.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the best outcomes for children. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic support. Managing a caseload effectively while adhering to statutory and organizational standards. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in a statutory setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
