As the Deputy Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the management of the safeguarding team, providing guidance and support to social workers. Overseeing case management and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures. Conducting regular supervision and performance reviews of team members. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Contributing to the development and implementation of safeguarding strategies and initiatives.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
