We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Long Term Safeguarding - QSW - East Riding of York to join our team in the field of Qualified Social Work. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals within the East Riding of York area.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the need for long-term safeguarding interventions Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams Providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of safeguarding measures Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and reviews to advocate for the best interests of service users Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standardsThe ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
