As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of social workers and support staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the delivery of high-quality leaving care services to young people aged 16-25. Providing supervision and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and best practices in social work. Building and maintaining effective relationships with external agencies and stakeholders. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of services and implementing improvements as necessary.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work, particularly in leaving care or related fields. Strong leadership and management skills.
