In this role, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of infants and their families. Developing and implementing appropriate care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring that the best interests of the child are prioritized. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss case progress and share best practices.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with infants and young children in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
