As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and safeguarding vulnerable children and young people in the local community.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks faced by children and families Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of children in foster care Providing ongoing support and guidance to foster carers to enhance their skills and capabilities Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate services and resources for children in care Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of childrenEssential qualifications and skills:
