Join our dedicated Children’s ATM - Children’s Specialist Support Team in Bracknell as a Qualified Social Worker. We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide support, guidance, and intervention to vulnerable children and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop tailored support plans. Engaging with children and families to build trusting relationships and facilitate positive change. Collaborating with external agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate services and support. Monitoring and reviewing progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and making necessary adjustments as needed. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
