Join our dedicated Strengthening and Supporting Families team in the East Riding of Yorkshire as an Advanced Practitioner. This pivotal role is designed for experienced professionals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of families. You will be instrumental in leading and supporting practice improvements, ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standards and in line with best practices.

As an Advanced Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing expert guidance and support to social workers and other team members. Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for families. Leading case reviews and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaborative working.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualifying experience in children and family services. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
