Join our dedicated Strengthening and Supporting Families team in the East Riding of Yorkshire as an Advanced Practitioner. As an Advanced Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert guidance and support to social workers and other team members. Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for families. Leading case reviews and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaborative working.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualifying experience in children and family services. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
